I'm gonna meet Jay Park!

So, guess who's going to see Jay Park Live in Melbourne?! Oh and not to mention that I will be meeting and greeting him!! *possibly feeling him up if he lets me* nyahaha Like seriously, I am stoked and I can't thank AusKpop enough for bringing this amazing opportunity to Melbourne!!

New Breed CDs + VVIP tix to Jay Park!

I got my tickets through a pre-order last Monday and everything was confirmed for the tickets by that following Wednesday...although I didn't want to blog about it so soon was because I could only snatch up 2 VVIP tickets and I needed three :(

There was an epic story battle behind this. They also had a ticket pre-sale in the CBD last Sunday and I dragged my dear friend Dorothy along with me. Sad to say, the line was hella long at least 4-6 stores down from the actual destination and I arrived there like an hour before tickets were to go on sale...so you could tell how devastated I was LOL and all I needed was ONE more VVIP or VIP ticket for Kimu!

But I didn't go there for nought, I had to option of picking up my VVIP tickets too and have a catch up date with my baby Dorothy =D So, I had waited in line for 2 hours and finally REACHED the front of the line, happy to know that VIP was still selling. I was gonna be happy to settle for that since Bach wasn't keen on meeting Jay Park (he isn't exactly a fan). I took one step towards the register and what do you know?

"WE NO LONGER HAVE VIP TICKETS AVAILABLE"

My first initial thought was:

Seriously. I wanted to kick something or someone!! But I tried to remain positive because we still had a chance the following day and guess what? I was on the phone with Kimu during the whole process and all you could literally hear from my room was us yelling at each other....screaming "HURRYYYYYY"

Yeah. We cray like that LOL but I'm so happy that Bach, Kimu and I will have an opportunity to meet and greet Jay Park together! It'll be an amazing memory!!

Review: Venus Eye in Green

Hey everyone!

I am back with another circle lens review...with hopes that it will help you LOL my apologies that I am lacking with lens review posts but I will definitely try and get on it...my only excuse it that I am fair too lazy to put makeup on to take beautiful photos of them DX any who, I got these pair of lenses a few months ago as a free pair through one of PinkyParadise's "buy two get one free" promotions.

I am certain that they are the exact same lenses I have in my banner image! You can purchase these lenses from here. I haven't tried Venus Eye brand lenses before but here goes nothing ^^ ...I really hope that these are Venus Eye brand because I actually threw out the bottles after wearing these so my apologies >__<

Diameter: 14mm
Water content: 38%
Base curve: 8.6mm
Type: 1 year disposal

Comfort: 3/5 ★★★☆☆
To be honest, I'm not even sure what to think of comfort with these lenses. They are good...and then they aren't? I can feel them on my eyeballs when I blink etc but its not like they're stabbing my eyes and making me cry LOL but they are okay, I will have to try and wear them out for a longer period of time!

Colour: 4/5 ★★★★☆
Okay so, if you're looking for very natural looking lenses that blend into your eyes. Well, look no further! I ABSOLUTELY ADORE THE FACT THAT THESE BLEND IN SO WELL! They are pretty much 3-tone and have a starting brown layer that pretty much seeps into your brown eye colour :)

Enlargement: 5/5 ★★★★★
Despite these lenses not having a bold black ring, these lenses really enlarge your pupils, even I was quite surprised that my eyes were pretty much O__O like that. So if you want natural looking lenses WITH enlargement, surely these won't disappoint.

Overall: 4/5 ★★★★☆
Despite the comfort, I think they lenses are super gorgeous!! Well, don't you think?

Rocking this gorgeous necklace Kimu bought me <3

These shots were taken with my VGA iPhone inner camera!

Hope this review helps :) Until next time!

The watermarked images were taken with a Nikon D5000. Direct flash was used and no editing of images.

JAY PARK is coming to Australia

Hey guys,

I just thought I'd update with something I've been a little hype about! K-pop star (and ex-leader of 2PM) Park JaeBeom aka Jay Park it coming to Australia! WHAT UPP!

He will be coming down under and hold two shows; one in Sydney and Melbourne! HOLLAAAA (Sorry I'm way too excited XD) I think a lot of people are getting hyped about this since Kpop rarely ever makes any kind of appearance in Australia, so this is kind of a big thing! Props to the organizers, I LOVE YOU!

Though a lot of people are worried if this is legit and whatnot since Kpop organisers in Australia aren't that great but KPOP Australia has just uploaded a video where Jay has done a shout out to his Aussie fans and I am thrilled!!

For Melbourne the show details are as followed: *taken from Kpop Aus website*

DATE: Thursday, 27th September 2012 | Doors open at 6:30pm
VENUE: Dallas Brooks Centre | 300 Albert St, East Melbourne 3002

Day Three: 3일

Couple jackets and shoes

So...it's only been three days since the boyfriend got deported back to Vietnam. Nah just kidding, but he did leave to go on a family holiday and I'm at home alone playing Diablo 3 lolol

At the airport

I'm super bored but I haven't exactly been in the mood to leave the house since I'm becoming sick and have my monthly dose of my girly pains. Aside from that I'm somewhat alive but I actually miss him terribly. He contacts me here and there but since he doesn't have any access to wifi its only limited to once a day :(

My parents at a family dinner before he left

I actually didn't expect to miss him that much but living with my boyfriend and having him leave like that does make this house feel a little empty. It was worse because the last few days before he left he was sooooo good to me!! LOL...not that he's a crappy boyfriend but like normally we sit in the same room but we neglect each other while he plays games and I'm just writing away. But he made the effort to take me out to eat whenever I was hungry, come and cuddle me on the bed. Ah, you know. Just the little things that make the relationship a whole lot sweeter :)

This is an example LOL

Aigoo but anyway~ to try and ease the loneliness I've been having the need to shop. But that's a no-no considering I need to save DX major dilemmaaaaa. Although I did purchase two pairs of circle lenses last night :x but I shall promise a lens review soon! I have 2-3 lined up in my drafts =P

ㅋㅋ 그럼...잘자!

Recent happy purchases ^^

Ayo wasserrrrrp?

Just a quick update in my life...well not that it'd concern you much but if you've been following my twitter you would know how spastic and ecstatic I am!

Recently I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Note (aka GT-N7000). This will be replacing my beautiful baby iPhone 4. I've been a diligent iPhone user for about 2 years now, but recently I've just gotten bored of it so we'll see how Android is! I've had my eyes set on it since visiting Korea this February so yayyy! I couldn't wait till November to get this phone on contract so my daddy spoilt me and helped me purchase this baby outright from www.dwidigitalcameras.com/ thanks papa!

My new baby + Kris

Well, guess what? It's been only two days and I've adjusted and LOVE it!! Although Apple's iOS firmware is very simple, straight forward and very basic to use. Android is similar but different. I'm not sure how else to explain it but there is less restrictions I guess and well the memory is expandable as well!

Galaxy Note vs. iPhone 4
Okay seriously, no jokes. This phone is massive LOL. It just fits in my open hand and it is virtually a mini tablet phone, but all the more why I love it! Also the thing that sold me was the camera quality and insane screen resolution. The only two perks I have against the Galaxy Note in comparison to the iPhone is: 1. The keyboard kinda just sucks and their auto corrects are just outright annoying. And 2. The camera's shutter is sooooo slow!! Good 8MP camera and 2MP inside camera, just slow shutter D:

My Wine Red case <3
The one last thing I totally adore is the fact that you can change the entire phones font face! I know it is possible with the iPhone...if you go through a lot of crap to have it done but I love the fact that I can use a cutesy font AND purchase more for it!

Home Screen & Apps

The next purchase wasn't exactly a "thing object" but it was indeed a happy purchase! As you know, I'm going to South Korea and Japan once again this upcoming October (props to the countdown on the left there). And I'm only I'm Seoul for 9 days, but the good news is that I managed to purchase and book my flights to the gorgeous Jeju Island! *runs around in circles*

Harubang statues in Jeju Island
If you are unfamiliar with Jeju Island, it's like a tropical island that is just off the coast from South Korea. It's named Korea's Hawaii and apparently is the most popular place for newly wedded couples in Korea as a honeymoon destination! ...and NO it will not be a honeymoon with Bach. I refuse LOL

But anyways, I was sourcing Expedia.com for flights and at the time they were about $269 return per person. I thought that was an okay deal until I checked out Asiana Airlines and Korean Air's actual website. Flying one way cost only 73,400KRW ($62AUD)! Omg that was a HUGE difference! I thought that was totally awesome, discussed it with the boyfriend he agreed to go so I had to somehow book the flights.

Word of warning. Korean websites are only optimized for Internet Explorer. Seriously, I got so frustrated because I run on Macs, and although I had Bach's Windows laptop it was such a freaking hassle! So I ended up using my brother's PC, turned off all the popups and lowered the browsers security. It took me literally 2-3 hours including the previous night. I had to go through thousands of popups and going through the same process heaps of times before I could just book the freaking flights.

But in the end I managed to book the flights with Korean Air for $308 all together, return for TWO people! Basically I saved myself $230! I was so happy and relieved to get that over and done with!! But sadly, in order for me to go to Jeju island I had to sacrifice going to Tokyo when I head up to Japan :(

Oh and I booked my hotel for Jeju through Expedia as well and happy to say that I scored two nights at Ocean Grand Hotel for $108!! I almost feel like I'm the master of bargain hunting!

Nyahhh I guess that's it before I ramble about more nonsense!

Bye bye ^^
